	an order form window will open after Clicking on order. Fill out the order form completely and submit. (If you need more detailed pictures or have questions, please don't hesitate to ask us.)
	After you submit your order form information, we will send conformation e-mail. Then we will reserve the next available vessel as soon as possible.
	We will send the invoice (including shipping and other fees), and receipt of the reservation vessel details via fax or e-mail.
	After we send out invoice you have 48 hours to pay whole amount by T/T. You must notify us in advance by e-mail. If you are not able to pay with in this time period. (See our bank details from about us)
	For faster processing, please send us proof of your T/T.
	After we confirm your T/T, we will send the vehicle(s) to the shipping company wear house, then shipping company will the vehicle(s) on to load the vessel. Moreover we send B/L and all necessary of documents you need by EMS, DHL express, or FedEx express.
	The estimated arrival time for your documents is about 5~7 business days.
	the Vessel arrives to your designated port within 3~5 weeks from departure of Japan port.
	In order to release the vehicle(s) from custom you must present the B/L and in some cases you may have to pay TAX. You are solely responsible for checking your local tax low.

Attention:

• B/L is very important document therefore you must keep carefully. Do not forget or misplace the B/L because shipping company will not release without B/L.
• You must ascertain your government law and local or public rules for registration a vehicle before you order us.
• We can confirm your T/T during business hour at our bank in Japan. (Bank open from 9:00am to 3:00pm weekday. Saturday, Sunday and Japanese public holiday are close.)
