AUTO T-T is Telegraphic Transfer. Or called wire transfer. This is best way to transfer money from your
bank account to our company account at a low cost. T-T can be done at all major banks in worldwide.
FAQ What is B/L?
AUTO B/L is Bill of Landing. This is used to receive vehicle(s) from shipping companies at port to prove your ownership. It is very important document therefore you must keep carefully. Do not lost B/L because shipping company will not release without B/L.
FAQ What is the cost for shipping parts?
AUTO Cost of shipping parts varies, depending on shipping box dimension and weight. Therefore we will send a quote of parts with estimated shipping charges. We mention estimated box size and weight in inventory; please check prices from shipping company (EMS, DHL or FedEx express) websites. Our shipping charge will be as cheap as your checked price, because our company has business account.
FAQ How do you ship vessel?
AUTO Basically we ship by Ro-Ro vessel for vehicle(s).
FAQ Can I pay different way to make payment for the vehicle(s)?
AUTO No, we cannot accept L/C, company checks, personal checks, or any other kind of payment. We accept to make payment only T/T to buy vehicle(s).
FAQ Can I buy a car as a private buyer?
AUTO Yes, but we don not know the law of your country regarding this, and we cannot offer advice about this. Please check your country law before placing orders and you have to follow our company’s policy.
FAQ Do you give any warranty for the vehicles or parts?
AUTO No, we do not give any warranty including parts fitment.
FAQ How long shipping will take to reach car?
AUTO It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after vessel leaving from port. We find and use best shipping company to your company.
FAQ How long shipping will take to reach parts?
AUTO We use DHL or FedEx or EMS. They usually deliver to your home about 1 week.
